Our Story.

2015

Our love story began on Christmas Day of 2015. Erika a PHX native and Cameron a Military Gypsy of sorts… Met against all odds and continued a long-distance relationship, not knowing what was on the horizon.

2016

We fell in love and moved Erika to ABQ in 2016. Shortly after, we bought their first home. Feeling overwhelmed, confused, and curious. Most of the same feelings you’ve probably had for yourself… We set out to create something better, an experience others would cherish for a lifetime.

2018

In 2018 Erika became a licensed Realtor® and began to put the dream into action. Helping many fellow military & first responder families like their own, they both knew this was where Erika's true calling lay.

By late 2019 we were married and moving on to their next adventure of a bigger home in preparation for their little bundle of joy.

In 2020, the world stopped. But, The Carpenters didn’t. Hearts full with our new baby girl in our arms and more work-life balance than we could ever dream of. We embraced this opportunity for others and turned their dreams into a reality for so many wonderful and deserving families.

2023

We knew that we wanted to provide more than what others were offering. We asked: “What can we do more?” And thus, Carpenter & Co. Realty was born.

2024

We have now expanded our services from the greater Albuquerque area to another Mile High city; the Beautiful Denver Metro area.
